Comfort and cool no longer sit at opposite ends of the spectrum. Few brands prove that more convincingly than Birkenstock. The German label has partnered with the likes of Dior, Jil Sander and Proenza Schouler, cementing its status well beyond orthopaedic comfort. Now, its ongoing collaboration with Kith returns for summer 2026, with the Birkenstock x Kith collection landing two easy-wearing silhouettes.

Both the Zurich slip-on and the Amsterdam clog share the same solid foundation. Each pairs a suede-and-nubuck upper with a cork-latex footbed and Birkenstock’s signature EVA outsole. It’s a combination that keeps genuine comfort at the core, while still leaving room for Kith’s design touch on top. And they couldn’t feel more seasonally appropriate if they tried.

The Zurich is the flashier of the two. An all-over Kith monogram pressed into the suede upper gives it immediate visual punch. Dual buckle straps, in turn, lend a utilitarian edge that keeps the slip-on from feeling too precious. Two Birkenstock x Kith colourways round out the offering: Deep Well arrives with silver hardware, while Espresso opts for brass.

The Amsterdam, meanwhile, plays it quieter. Available in Black, Mocca and Taupe, it swaps branding for texture. The premium suede and nubuck upper pairs with a subtle Kith script deboss on the side. Its closed-toe silhouette also makes it the more versatile pick. Whether it’s a weekend picnic in shorts or an evening out in long trousers, it’s just as fitting.

Together, the Birkenstock x Kith summer 2026 range strikes a smart balance between functional DNA and streetwear polish. The cork footbed and EVA outsole do the heavy lifting underneath, while Kith’s detailing elevates what sits on top. The collection launches on Birkenstock 1774 online on 22 June 2026, with prices starting from SGD285.
