Bows have long been a defining emblem at Dior, and today, they remain a core pillar of the house. For spring-summer 2026, creative director Jonathan Anderson pushes that element further. He transforms the signature into a bold, structural and unifying motif across categories. Most strikingly, the bow threads through bags, leather goods and beyond.

Take the Dior Bow bag, for instance. Its very form sculpts into a knot, thus becoming the ultimate expression. Meanwhile, other silhouettes receive the bow treatment as well. On the Lady Dior, it appears as a structural accent to the handle, gracefully blending classicism with a contemporary twist.

Then come upcoming styles like the Dior Cigale and Petit Dîner. The Cigale’s bow cinches its geometric profile with precision. In contrast, the Petit Dîner turns the bow into an elegant, functional clasp. Each interpretation feels distinct, yet entirely cohesive.

Footwear follows suit with the Dior Bow and Dior Cœur shoes, both delivering a striking, graphic touch. At the same time, Anderson subverts expectations by casting bows in metal and fabric. They appear on Teddy-D and D-Smash headwear, while the Mister Dior barrette and Dior Zigzag silk headband prove even small accessories can bear a legacy of 70 years.

In ready-to-wear, Victorian collars reinterpret the classic bow tie, adding a sense of play to formal occasions. Ultimately, by elevating the bow from decorative flourish to core element, Jonathan Anderson honours Monsieur Dior’s signature while making it feel utterly essential for 2026.
