As Loewe enters a new chapter under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, a house icon returns with renewed purpose. First introduced in 1975, the Amazona has been reinvented as the Amazona 180 with a series of innovative updates that honour its storied past while ushering it into the present.

While the original Amazona stood out for its sturdy, boxy structure, this new iteration softens the stance. In celebration of Loewe’s 180th anniversary, it adopts a more relaxed and supple silhouette. Moreover, the classic double handles give way to a single toron top handle. The bag feels lighter, more contemporary and visually rebalanced.
Styling, too, takes a modern turn. Loewe encourages you to carry the Amazona 180 intentionally open, allowing easy access to daily essentials. Still, a discreet closure hides neatly behind the new Anagram logo for added security. And when full protection matters, leather pulls zip the bag completely shut, delivering total peace of mind.
Designed for modern routines, there are three sizes to choose from: mini (SGD4150), small (SGD6250) and large (SGD7450). Each is available in either suede or soft calfskin. Removable crossbody straps convert it into a hands-free companion, ideal for navigating busy days. The two larger sizes include an additional shoulder strap, expanding styling possibilities further.
Colour tells its own story. Oro/Chocolat pays homage to vintage Amazona editions from seasons past. In contrast, Daisy Yellow and Royal Azur inject a vibrant lift. For understated dressing, Black, Dark Chestnut and White remain safe choices. Ultimately, the Amazona 180 respects the spirit of the Loewe classic, yet adapts to today’s demand for versatility, ensuring its relevance endures.
