Bottega Veneta’s Bottega for Bottegas returns for 2025, reaffirming the maison’s long-standing dedication to craft. First launched in 2021, the initiative supports smaller-scale artisans. Since then, it has evolved into an annual celebration of workshops and studios, each mirroring the Italian house’s own devotion to craftsmanship.
This year, the focus shifts to three cities central to Bottega Veneta’s history: Venice, New York and Milan. Rather than a conventional launch, Bottega for Bottegas presents a curated, not-for-sale collection. It serves as a tribute to craft and the convivial rituals that bring people together.

For 2025, that spirit unfolds through the lens of the much-loved aperitivo hour. A cornerstone of Italian culture, it feels especially fitting for the festive season. The collection includes two silverplate glasses by Ganci Argenterie, a historic Milanese workshop founded in 1926. Today, it remains in the hands of the Morandino family’s third generation.
Meanwhile, New York contributes sterling silver cocktail sticks with a knotted detail, a subtle nod to the signature motif. Crafted by silversmith Heath Wagoner, the pieces reflect his refined precision and background in jewellery design. Then representing Venice is a handbound notebook by master bookbinder Paolo Olbi. It doubles as a journal for drink recipes or quiet evening reflections.
Altogether, the cities reveal a deeper narrative. Venice, of course, has shaped Bottega Veneta’s visual language since 1966. Then New York marked its first overseas expansion in 1972. Finally, Milan now anchors its headquarters and runway shows. Through Bottega for Bottegas, Bottega Veneta continues to honour craft, community and shared rituals.
