Trends come and go, but one bag remains a staple of the Prada universe since its inception in 2007. Its name, a direct homage to Prada’s flagship boutique at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan, of course. This season, the Prada Galleria appears in new sizes and colours, signalling a thoughtful adaptation to modern sensibilities.
Catering to a generation that values practicality, the mini version distils the essence of the OG into a petite form. It’s a clever response to a growing call for lightweight and streamlined everyday bags. Yet simultaneously maintaining its core identity, it retains the trapezoidal body, dual top handles and expandable sides with snap buttons.
Measuring 21 cm by 12.5 cm, this compact carryall is perfectly sized for daily essentials. The well-compartmentalised interior holds a phone, SLG, lipstick and even your favourite mints. A detachable shoulder strap also allows for casual crossbody wear for hands-free adventures.
This season, the Mini Prada Galleria bag takes on patent Saffiano leather, with the signature crosshatch texture getting a glossy finish. In either Chrome (silver) or Pyrite (gold), Prada’s latest number is an attention grabber, for sure. Retailing at SGD5500, it’s currently up for pre-order, with delivery to begin 11 October 2025.
