Givenchy is seeking a clear and confident voice with Sarah Burton taking the helm as creative director. With her debut collection, and most notably with the introduction of the new Pinch Bag, Burton masterfully articulates a new philosophy for the French fashion house.

As the first original bag under her creative direction, the new style truly signals a new beginning. Its name derives from the subtle yet distinct ‘pinch’ of gold-tone hardware at the sides. This design element not only imparts a sleek and cinched silhouette. It also emphasises that the bag’s strengths lie in its simplicity and construction, rather than loud logos and monograms.

The Pinch Bag comes in three sizes, so there’s definitely one to suit your needs. Whether you like the mini, medium or large, its trapezoidal silhouette with top handles feels both familiar and fresh. You even get an extra leather strap to sling over the shoulder or crossbody, so it's easy to switch from hand-carry to hands-free.

Colours-wise, Givenchy sets the tone with Acid Yellow, Black and Ivory for classic leather options. The Mini Pinch Bag also comes in mirror-effect leather, with Gold and Silver taking the spotlight in this special laminated finish. Full nappa leather lining delivers further timeless elegance both inside and out.

The Pinch Bag is not just the first piece of a new accessory line. It also represents the cornerstone of a brand reset, marking a clear path forward for Givenchy. In Singapore, the mini retails from SGD3300, while the medium and large start at SGD4500 and SGD5300 respectively.
