Bvlgari unveils a charming new addition to its leather goods lineup. Meet the adorable Serpenti Cuoricino mini top-handle bag. This petite interpretation of the heart-shaped Serpenti Cuore draws directly from the Italian design house’s celebrated jewellery heritage. Inevitably, it is designed to steal hearts.
Naturally, inspiration comes from the legendary Serpenti. Long associated with infinite transformation and magnetic allure, the motif anchors the design language. Here, the sinuous top handle echoes the famed Serpenti watch circa 1968. When paired with the bag’s body, the handle completes the distinctive heart shape.

Importantly, the Serpenti Cuoricino retains the padded curves that define Bvlgari’s heart-shaped creations. But in this case, the proportions shrink to a compact scale. Measuring just 15 cm by 10 cm by 3.5 cm, it presents as a wearable jewel. Consequently, the design feels delicate yet instantly recognisable.
Despite its miniature size, the bag accommodates daily essentials with ease. A press-button closure secures the main compartment, while two internal pockets help you keep track of smaller items. Like its larger counterpart, it also comes with a detachable snake-body chain for crossbody, shoulder or handheld styling.
Crafted from supple calf leather, the Serpenti Cuoricino features a unique stitching technique that incorporates foam beneath the leather. Retailing at SGD3430, the palette of gemstone-inspired hues includes vibrant Royal Ruby and delicate Dusty Pink. Bolder options such as Tangerine Garnet, Sunbeam Citrine and Feroza Turquoise will soon follow.

Two dazzling crystal editions also join the lineup. To achieve this, artisans meticulously apply 4,600 neige pavé crystals onto a suede base. The gold iteration gleams in monochromatic brilliance, while the Rainbow version sparkles across seven hues for vivid contrast. Each crystal-finished Serpenti Cuoricino mini top handle bag retails at SGD6040 at Bvlgari boutiques and online.
