While the iconic shape remains, the new construction is a masterclass in considered functionality. The new version, particularly in monochromatic black, comes with an adjustable and detachable leather strap. This transforms the shoulder style into a dynamic accessory that works as an shoulder or crossbody bag for daily commutes, or a sophisticated clutch for evenings.
The choice of materials further underscores this new direction. From the tactile richness of black grained Taurillon leather to the graphic #DiorOblique jacquard, there’s surely a style for you. The inclusion of a D-ring on the strap of the new Dior Saddle is perhaps the most forward-thinking detail. It allows for the attachment of keyrings, bag charms or personal trinkets.
