For five days this month, two heritage houses at 17 Rochester Park play host to Cartier’s Into the Wild. Nature has long fed the maison’s imagination, and the immersive experience shows how it turns plants and animals into objects of desire. The Panthère takes centrestage, of course. Flanking it are the crocodile, rhino and lovebirds of Cartier’s wider menagerie.

There is no fixed route, so visitors can wander between rooms at their own pace. On level one, Wild Craft offers a sweeping look at Cartier’s creations, from leather goods and fragrance to jewellery and watches. The Fragrance Universe then spotlights the gardenia through three La Panthère editions. Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum and Perfume are all on display and available for purchase.

Next door, the Accessories Universe and Leathercraft Atelier showcase scarves, bags and SLGs. At scheduled times, an in-house artisan will be on hand to explain how the leather pieces are built. Visitors can also witness a short demonstration of how they apply colour to the leather.

Upstairs, Into the Wild moves into the Faune & Flore de Cartier universe. Jewellery and watches sit in a series of changing landscapes, with artisans’ tools and sketches alongside. Together, they give a behind-the-scenes look at fine and high jewellery making. A craftsperson walks visitors through creating a Panthère de Cartier jewel, a discipline demanding precision and patience.

The journey then closes at Savoir-Faire Discovery, a darkened space of light, reflections and sound. Here, jewels and bejewelled masks feature animal motifs at their most theatrical. Outside, Wild Encounters invites guests to snap OOTDs amongst illustrated jungle panels beneath the trees. Finally, Cartier’s Tea Salon offers a place to wind down. Enjoy refreshments while listening to Sounds of the Wild, narrated by Scottish actor Tilda Swinton, the maison’s new ambassador.

The immersive experience runs from 21 to 25 October 2026 at 17 Rochester Park. Spots for Cartier’s Into the Wild are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pick a date and time on the registration page and book a slot before heading down to avoid disappointment.
