With the Spring-Summer 2015 fashion season officially upon us, you’ll be reading about a series of bags from the new season, starting with the Bee from Burberry Prorsum’s S/S15 collection. Their ‘it’ bag of the season, there are two things you need to know about the Bee. Firstly, that it is inspired by a style in Burberry’s archives, and secondly, that the Bee will come in enough sizes and materials that’s guaranteed to get your head buzzing.

Take, for instance, the Mini Bee that comes in hand-painted leather (SGD4095). Measuring a wee 21 cm by 16 cm by 14 cm, the 100% calf leather beauty comes in a plethora of colour combinations, each trimmed on the top with a sliver of patent leather.

Along with slightly elongated top handles (some of which are in patent leather as well), buckles at both sides that allow for slight adjustments to the width of the bag and a long shoulder sling which gives you the option of being hands-free. Now available online for your buying pleasure (it would look cute for CNY, no?) the Mini Bee is the perfect city bag for those on the go, the hardest decision, as always with Burberry, is what colour combination to go for.
