Family has been at the heart of Fendi’s creations since its inception in 1925. The same goes for the Roman house’s approach towards the creation of its first-ever complete collection of Fendi Fragrances.

The family of fragrances comprises seven perfumes. Each draws inspiration from a member of the close-knit Fendi family, as well as artistic director Kim Jones. Embodying personalities and memories, these creations are essentially olfactory stories of a unique brand culture.

Firstly, embark on this intimate scented journey with the warm and leathery Casa Grande. A tribute to matriarch Adele Casagrande Fendi, the scent of origins evokes a leather workshop, giving off notes of myrrh, amber, cherry and leather.

Next, the green and floral yet woody and earthy Dolce Bacio delivers a combination of apricot, patchouli and rose. It is a personification of one of the legendary founding sisters, Anna Fendi, and her strong yet gentle character.

Perché No embodies third-generation leader Silvia Venturini Fendi’s ‘why not’ state of mind. With simplicity as its manifesto, pink pepper, sandalwood and balsamic come together to form a comforting and harmonious blend.

Her two daughters, Leonetta Luciano and Delfina Delettrez, inspired the creation of the next two juices. Ciao Amore, a cocktail of fig, orange blossom and tonka bean, reflects Leonetta’s spontaneous and lively personality. While Sempre Mio speaks of Delfina’s attachment to the living roots of heritage with bergamot, cedarwood and orange blossom.

Following up, there’s La Baguette, which wears like the innocence of Delfina’s young twins. A blend of powdery iris, vanilla and velvety leather represents Tazio and Dardo Vascellari Delettrez Fendi.

Lastly, you’ll find Prima Terra that narrates the chapter of Kim Jones’ childhood spent in Africa. Here, notes of tangerine, rosemary and oak moss evoke the African savannah that serves as an eternal source of his inspiration.

Ready to dive into the Fendi universe and its family history? Fendi Fragrances will be exclusively available in Fendi boutiques, and online via the e-store from 20 June.
