There’s more than one way to interpret the playful symbolism of an Easter egg, as Louis Vuitton proves once again. For Easter this year, pastry chef Maxime Frédéric unveils a charming chocolate series that marries haute chocolaterie with iconic house codes. Through this new drop, Frédéric celebrates detail, indulgence and the transmission of craft, turning chocolate confectionery into edible design objects.

The centrepiece of the collection is the now-iconic Chocolate Egg Bag, first introduced in 2025. The sculptural treat draws inspiration from a handbag by Nicolas Ghesquière for the maison’s spring 2019 show. This year, it returns in a more playful, colourful guise, complete with monogram detailing in true Louis Vuitton fashion.

Two polished dark chocolate shells form the body of the ‘bag’, which opens to reveal a lavish filling of roasted nuts, candied fruit and hazelnut praline. Meanwhile, white chocolate handles and a yellow-tone zipper add a luminous contrast. But that’s not all. Tucked within is a milk chocolate bar filled with a silky hazelnut praline and lemon caramel centre.

For smaller indulgences, the collection also introduces a box of six Mini Chocolate Egg Bags. Designed to be savoured over time, these petite creations explore a variety of flavour combinations. These include milk chocolate eggs filled with vanilla caramel and either hazelnut or peanut praline. Another dark chocolate version contains a crunchy chocolate praline and caramel pairing.

Finally, the beloved Chocolate Chicks return in a box of three. Each charming and whimsical chick features Louis Vuitton’s monogram star as playful eyes. Inside, distinct fillings unfold. The dark chocolate chick features buckwheat praline and caramel, while another in milk chocolate holds oat praline and honey caramel. Rounding out the trio, the milk chocolate chick pairs corn praline with vanilla caramel.

Ready to indulge? These Easter creations will arrive from 13 March 2026 at Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton. Located within the Marina Bay Sands boutique, the space offers a delicious encounter that blends the maison’s artistry with chocolate savoir-faire.
