This campaign celebrates the shoe’s timelessness while highlighting the equestrian-inspired detailing that’s long a symbol of the Italian fashion house. Alongside Ben-Adir, actors Xiao Zhan and Paul Mescal also showcase the original style in a separate campaign. Together, they reinforce the Horsebit 1953 Loafer’s role in anchoring Gucci’s legacy for generations to come.

While the OG design remains a cornerstone of the house’s collections, the new release comes in black and brown leather options with gold-tone hardware. Exuding a preppy-cool aesthetic, each pair also features the 60th-anniversary tag. Half inch heels further add a slight elevation with every step. With De Sarno’s new interpretations for spring-summer 2024 soon to unveil, the illustrious story of the Horsebit 1953 continues to unfold.
