Understanding the target audience, using ambient lighting and injecting excitement through product discovery all come into play. Executing this to perfection is Saint Laurent’s newest boutique in Singapore, located at Paragon on Orchard Road.

An entirely new concept creative director Anthony Vaccarello dreamt up, the duplex boutique blurs the line between raw and refined. Starting at Level 1, stark grey concrete floors contrast with lush Grigio Alpi marble feature walls.

Head up to Level 2, where you will find the menswear collection, alongside a modest selection of Rive Droite. It’s always a joy to see new lifestyle items arriving on a seasonal basis, and this is the only location in Singapore that carries them. To boost the shopping mood, there’s also a dedicated VIP room where large windows allow natural light to stream in during the day.
