2022 marked 10 years of the Pochette Métis, and Louis Vuitton added the elegant Pochette Métis East West to the family. Its compact shape is a new alternative to the wildly popular crossbody flap bag.

And this June sees the Pochette Métis East West introduced in Monogram Empreinte with its supple, grained finish. Aside from the standard embossed pattern in Creme and Noir, you can also look out for the oversized motif in bi-colour combinations Noir/Beige and Tourterelle/Creme.

In other words, this gives you not one, but four new variations to love. On top of previous iterations in Monogram Canvas and Monoglam navy blue coated canvas, of course. With many opting for a single bag that transitions easily from day to night, the Pochette Métis East West is ideal.

Measuring 21.5 cm by 13.5 cm, it’s the right size for several essentials. Even so, it will fit large mobile devices like the #iPhone14ProMax as well. Everything stays easily within view in two separate compartments partitioned by a zip pocket running across the middle.

The dressy gold-tone chain is another plus, or swap it with the long leather strap to create different styling options. Like other key icons of the house, the Pochette Métis East West comes with trunk-inspired detailing with the S-lock closure reminiscent of the ones in heritage hard-sided cases. Retailing between SGD4550 and SGD4750, the new Monogram Empreinte Pochette Métis East West bags are now exclusively available in an online pre-launch sale.
