Dior created the Lady D-Joy as a contemporary alternative to the beloved Lady Dior. It comes in an east-west format, with its elongated, horizontal profile that sets it apart from the squarish and boxy handbag you know and love. Now, the Lady D-Joy gets tinier with the introduction of the new-in small size.

In fact, the Small Lady D-Joy features approximately five by three Cannage squares from edge to edge (one way of gauging the size, by the way). Measuring 22 cm wide and 12 cm high, it is one of the smaller options in the Lady D-Joy family. However, it still retains its chic appeal, with the inimitable Cannage stitching, dual top handles and pale gold D-I-O-R charms.

Two straps, both removable and interchangeable depending on your styling preference, complement each bag. One is an adjustable lambskin leather shoulder strap, while the other is a shorter chain-link version. Both let you sling the Small Lady D-Joy effortlessly over the shoulder.

The Small Lady D-Joy’s streamlined profile makes it the perfect everyday bag, and Dior officially launches it in colours like Black, Hazelnut, Latte and Rose des Vents, just to name a few. Retailing slightly lower due to its miniature format, the Small Lady D-Joy in Cannage Lambskin comes in at SGD6300.

Wide enough to fit your mobile phone, a couple of red packets and then some, this nifty wonder looks set on becoming a crowd pleaser for the upcoming Lunar New Year festivities.
