Looking forward to the full leather version of LV’s Onthego MM? First, the good news. The new Monogram Empreinte Bicolour Onthego MM will arrive in stores locally tomorrow (11 September 2020), just slightly ahead of the worldwide launch that’s slated for later in the month.

The versatile OnTheGo MM, in colour options such as Noir and Tourterelle, is created by using a highly specialised inkjet printing method to form the monogram pattern before it is embossed to mesmerising effect. Both colours are contrasted with cream motifs, which just makes the tone-on-tone Monogram Empreinte bags pop a little more.

Aside from the fresh new material and colour, everything about the new Onthego MM (SGD4750) stays true to the original. Measuring 24 cm by 26 cm, the bag comes with short and long foldable straps that allow for hand and shoulder carry, making it a versatile bag. The microfibre lining is pretty easy to maintain, with an interior that’s equipped with zipped pockets and compartments to keep your essentials well organised. It is also large enough to hold a laptop, so if you’re progressively starting to head back to the office, then this could be a good choice.
