These days, the term Saddle at Dior has gone beyond the bag’s physical shape, extending toward pieces that come with saddle-like elements, such as having a saddle-shaped front flap that’s furnished with two extended strips (be it canvas or leather respective to the bag’s material), as well as the unmistakable gold-tone D logo right in front. The Saddle #DiorOblique Pochette above ticks all these boxes even though it comes in a boxy silhouette, unlike the typical Saddle bags you’re already familiar with.

The 21 cm by 13 cm pouch is great for ladies (or men) who love keeping all your essentials within reach. This includes a mobile phone (you no longer have to keep it lodged sideways!), cardholder, wallet, and even a compact-sized portable charger if you like. Each pouch even comes with its very own shoulder strap, which can be easily attached on whenever you feel like going hands-free. Otherwise, you can use it on its own as a chic clutch.

Aside from coming in the original #DiorOblique canvas, the pouch will come in versions like Blue Denim and Green embroidered canvas as well, priced at SGD2100 each. On to the good news? The blue pieces (original and Blue Denim) are currently available in Dior boutiques in Singapore, but the Green will only be arriving late December 2019 or early January 2020.
