These days, fragrances are no longer created specifically simply for him or for her, but rather about the notes within that you can identify and connect with. Take a look at (or rather, a virtual whiff of) these two scents named Gentle Fluidity, both of which are the latest creations by master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian.

While both scents contain the exact same ingredients (49, to be exact) that include amber wood, a combination of essences (coriander seed, juniper berry or nutmeg), musks and vanilla accord, the concentration of specific components differ between the two. For easier reference, they will be classified based on the bottle’s cap colour, Gold or Silver.

Gold (gentle Fluidity) has a higher concentration of coriander seeds, musks and vanilla accord to give it a unique oriental scent that’s guaranteed to linger on. Silver (Gentle fluidity), on the other hand, is one that’s fresh and vibrant, with heightened notes of amber woods, juniper berry essence and nutmeg essence for that woody and aromatic allure. Maison Francis Kurkjian has always prided itself in crafting perfumes that come with a delicate balance, scents that are both comforting and familiar, something which can definitely be said of the perfume duo above.
