Unveiled at the cruise 2026 show in Florence, Italy, the Gucci Giglio bag pays homage to its storied past. With ‘giglio’ meaning ‘lily’ in Italian, its name pays tribute to the brand’s Florentine roots. The flower is not only an emblem of Florence, but also the city where Guccio Gucci founded his artisanal atelier in 1921.

Measuring 60 cm at its widest and 47 cm high, the bag boasts a spacious silhouette. It scores top points for being functional yet versatile, accommodating daily essentials with ease. While majority of the bag is features beige and dark brown GG canvas, Gucci’s signature webbing stripe runs along its handles and down the middle below the Double G hardware.

Other notable features of the Gucci Giglio bag include a hidden magnetic closure. A detachable pouch adds another layer of practicality, offering the option to use it on its own. D-ring loops on either side are also perfect for attaching your favourite bag charm for some extra personality.
