Chanel’s N°1 De Chanel Welcomes The Revitalizing Eye Serum



At the start of 2022, Chanel launched the N°1 De Chanel collection. The new generation of innovative anti-ageing skincare, makeup and fragrance centres around Gabrielle Chanel’s emblematic flower, the camellia.

Specifically, the red camellia flower, which was chosen for its concentration of protocatechuic acid. This not only supports skin vitality but also addresses the first stage of skin ageing. The Czar variety, which is particularly rich in antioxidants, is what powers the N°1 De Chanel range.

The holistic collection also offers a sustainable approach to beauty. The red blooms are grown at Chanel’s Gaujacq open sky laboratory while its sustainable ingredients are sourced with intention. Across the range, the creation of bottles and boxes use recycled and less material. The sleek eco-driven packaging design spares no detail, right down to the matte black lids.


What started out as a nine-product line-up has since evolved into a full-fledged routine with 15 products. This includes two body treats, the L’Eau Rouge fragrance mist and Body Serum-In-Mist, as well as three multifunctional makeup delights. There’s the Lip & Cheek Balm, Foundation, and Skin Enhancer.

On the skincare front, a comprehensive routine comprises a Powder-To-Foam Cleanser, Lotion, Essence, Serum-in-Mist, Serum, Cream (in two textures), Eye Cream and Mask. Which brings us to the latest addition, the Revitalizing Eye Serum that comes with its own patented rotating applicator.

Infused with the range’s star camellia extract, camellia yeast, red camellia oil, and red coffee berries, the gel hydrates and protects, while acting on under-eye bags, dark circles and stress lines. Shaped like a camellia bud, the applicator not only delivers the perfect amount of product. It also works to massage and cool down the skin around the eye area. Use it twice daily to refresh and define your peepers.

Priced at SGD156 for 15 ML and SGD132 for a refill, the N°1 De Chanel Revitalizing Eye Serum launches at Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty boutiques and online on 2 July. Afterwards, it will be available from 5 July at counters islandwide.
