Paul Smith launches its first-ever home fragrance collection and it’s one that keeps on giving. The nostalgia-evoking series offers four scents that you can enjoy as candles or diffusers. Besides scenting your space, the offerings also double as striking décor pieces that last.

Harnessing the brand’s love of vibrant colours and bold designs, the purposefully designed vessels can be reused indefinitely. While recalling its signature bold stripes, the collection takes inspiration from the British designer’s most treasured memories.

Firstly, Botanist gives off green and fresh notes of vetiver, moss and lemon reminiscent of the clean-cut tailoring at the designer’s first Nottingham shop. Next, Bookworm offers a blend of Jamaican pimento berry, grapefruit and cedarwood. As its name suggests, this evokes libraries and warming amber, a cocktail that encapsulates the spirit of the designer’s office.

There’s also Daydreamer that takes you on a summer holiday. Strike a match and infuse your space with notes of lavender oil, clary sage and verbena, while you let your thoughts drift away. Lastly, Early Bird conjures the comforting smell of fresh rain on pavements. This cocktail of patchouli oil, iris and rain accord is one for petrichor addicts.

Each scent is available as a candle (SGD135 for 240 g) or reed diffuser (SGD195 for 250 ml). Both are presented in a reusable two-tone coloured glass vessel. Once they run out, repurpose the candle as a jar and diffuser as a vase, or anything you please. They also come with lids that double as coasters.

The new home fragrance collection is now available at Paul Smith stores at voco Orchard and Marina Bay Sands.
