Celine: All About The Teen Triomphe

IMAGE: CELINE

You’ve read about the medium and the large, and got a glimpse of the Nano Triomphe, but how about the cute Teen Triomphe which is currently the smallest size available on our shores? Yes, ladies, it’s time you take a closer look at this nifty little wonder from Celine, often referred to as the up-and-coming version that sits right next to the Classic as one of the key signatures of the house. It’s got all the right makings of a designer handbag, evident in the sleek-looking silhouette (complete with rounded corners) and shiny Triomphe medallion that doubles up as a logo and clasp all at once.

The Teen Triomphe measures 18.5 cm wide and 14 cm high, which is more than enough to hold several important bits and bobs. Another important fact that’s not easily noticeable in pictures? Each bag fans out with its accordion-like interior, giving you ample space for days when you need a tad bit more room to hold extra essentials. If that’s not enough, you will find an inner zipped pocket and another slot to keep everything neatly in place, giving you a well-rounded handbag that scores top points in terms of function. The only ‘con’ is that the shoulder strap isn’t removable, but it does come with an adjustable length that can be kept long or short, offering you several ways of carrying the bag.

The good news is that Singapore is carrying a pretty neat selection of colours for the ones in Shiny Calfskin (SGD4350). There’s Celadon paired with silver metallic hardware, as well as Pebble Grey, Raspberry Pink, Red and Vanilla that all come with gold metallic elements. Looking for the ones in canvas? The bag also comes paired with tan leather trimmings in Celine’s signature Triomphe Canvas, priced slightly lower at SGD3800. All 6 options can be found at the boutique in Takashimaya Shopping Centre, but you can also make a trip down to Marina Bay Sands if you prefer, especially when the duplex store has added options like exquisite fragrances and RTW for men.
