Dior’s Book Tote is officially here to stay (and slay), judging by how popular they are till this very day, and the fact that they are made available in a wide assortment of embroidered canvas and leather variations means there is definitely something for everyone. An original creation by Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri, the Book Tote now comes in 3 different sizes, with the smallest being the Mini Book Tote which measures 24 cm wide and 22.5 cm high, inclusive of the double top handles.

It’s the perfect carryall for daytime, and while some of you might find that the handles could be a tad too thin, that can be easily solved by adding the Mitzah scarf to give it a bit of reinforcement while providing an additional pop of colour. While the Mini was previously offered in versions like Blue and Burgundy #DiorOblique embroidered canvas and another in Blue Denim, Dior has unveiled three new variations for Spring-Summer 2020, such as the Camouflage Embroidered and Houndstooth Embroidered ones featured above.

Both designs come with the Christian Dior signature running across the front, with an empty band at the back that’s also up for personalisation, subject to availability via special requests. Monsieur Christian Dior famously used houndstooth in his couture collections back in the day, and this version in Black/Beige embroidered lurex makes for the perfect homage to his signature motif in the 40s. It will also come in Small and Regular variants, with prices starting from SGD3000 for the Mini Book Tote. Now, the camouflage versions are no stranger to you, featuring hand-cut fringed embroidery that makes them extra special, priced slightly higher at SGD3150 and available in two colours, Black and Blue.
