It’s time to look to the skies, because Hermès’ latest immersive and poetic experience is officially open in Singapore. And The Silky Way is whimsical, wondrous and impossibly chic, everything you love about the French maison.
At the heart of the exhibition is the iconic Hermès carré. Since 1937, these silk scarves have been wearable canvases for art, imagination and storytelling. Here, they take on celestial form to create a dreamscape where every thread tells a tale.

The Silky Way adventure begins with an immersive experience. Firstly, recline on plush deck chairs beneath a starlit dome, where vibrant scarf designs turn into constellations via overhead projections. As you gaze up, each unfolds in vivid colour and motion, an enchantment of equal parts elegance and imagination.

The experience is curated by Cécile Pesce and Christophe Goineau, creative directors of women’s and men’s silk respectively. Plunge into silken worlds, from Carré Libre and Please Hold the Line to Bottes Story, Pony Pit Stop and Le Philatéliste du Faubourg. Each of these signature carré designs promise to inspire wonder.
But the journey through The Silky Way doesn’t end there. After the projection, step into the exhibition area, where more carrés adorning the walls await your admiration. Explore Carré Stories and solve whimsical riddles by matching tales with scarves. Lastly, end your voyage at the Silky Booth photobooth, where you can style a carré your own way and take home a printed memento.
The Silky Way by Hermès runs from 23 October to 5 November 2025 at the Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza. Daily admission from 12 PM to 8:30 PM is free but booking a slot online is highly recommended.
