Rimowa Introduces The Distinct Line With Leather-Wrapped Luggage

Before Rimowa became famous for its aluminium luggage, the German trunk maker used alternative materials like leather back in the day. This November, Rimowa brings the material back on an entirely new premium line called the Distinct collection.

Each Distinct piece features an innovative leather wrapping technique over the rigid structure, with the signature groove detailing clearly visible on the exterior. For now, it is available in a single cabin size. The 55 cm by 40 cm by 23 cm suitcase is ideal for three to four days of travel.

Aside from the premium leather exterior, the suitcase features extra detailing like leather handles, aluminium corners and rear protective bumpers. Its interior is also fully lined in Rimowa’s jacquard monogram. Function-wise, the Cabin suitcase comes with a stage-free telescopic handle, as well as the patented Multiwheel system with cushioned axles and ball-bearing mounted wheels.

Rimowa has two colour options for you to choose from. Retailing at SGD4590, the Distinct Cabin comes in Black and Navy Blue.
