More Cabin Offerings To Love With The Dior X Rimowa Capsule

A continuation of the 2019 collaboration between two LVMH-owned companies (Dior and Rimowa) seems to be ongoing, with Dior's Dior X Rimowa Carry-On Luggage available now online and in stores.

Crafted in Rimowa’s lightweight aluminium for the frequent traveller, the two cabin-sized pieces come in Gradient Blue #DiorOblique and Black #DiorOblique. Both prints utilise the process of aluminium anodising, which results in an almost vintage-like effect on the luggage’s exterior.

While the Black #DiorOblique prints resemble the one from the capsule collection four years ago, the Gradient Blue one is entirely new. This darker colour palette exudes a stronger intensity. Both come with matching interior nylon linings and a flexible partition system for easy organisation and compartmentalisation.

Function-wise, each piece features two TSA-approved locks and dual retractable handles for easy handling. As always, the four ball-bearing mounted wheels with cushioned axles allow for easy manoeuvring. This special collaboration also sees them embellished with the CD logo as a nod to the French fashion house.

A part of Dior Essentials, the Dior X Rimowa Carry-On Luggage is likely a permanent offering. You can purchase one at SGD5900 at Dior Singapore’s online store. Alternatively, head to Dior boutiques at ION Orchard or Marina Bay Sands, where they are now in stock. In other words, if you missed out the first time, now might be a good time to head down.
