The artisans at Dior’s atelier looked within the archives to Yves Saint Laurent’s tenure at Christian Dior, taking design cues from the late designer’s love for structure and a sharp silhouette. These not just extend into bags and accessories, but also culminate perfectly in the rigid, box-like shape.

To achieve the box-like construction, Dior artisans start stitching from the outside before moving inwards. This gives the contemporary number, measuring 24.5 cm wide and 19 cm high, extra volume for all your daily needs. In fact, the Saddle Boxy Bag will even hold the largest iPhone, along with SLGs, other essentials and a small power bank. The front flap pouch opens via two magnetic snap buttons to reveal a small quick-access pocket, while everything else goes within the main zip compartment. You can either hold it like a clutch or attach the accompanying short leather sling for over-the-shoulder wear.
