Chanel’s Clutch With Chain is one of the most sought-after styles at the French fashion house. They are typically offered in a variety of shapes and a spectrum of colours linked to the season.

For the upcoming #CHANELMétiersdArt collection, expect a palette comprising rich hues of brown, purple and yellow. To showcase Chanel’s special Métiers d’art touch, two versions feature extra elements of pyrite and jasper.

Decorating the leather-interlaced chain strap, they add visual interest to the dark purple (SGD5180) and yellow (SGD5330) lambskin SLGs. The former is modelled after a miniature hat box and measures 13 cm wide and 12.5 cm. The one in yellow has a slimmer but wider profile at 17 cm by 11 cm, which just means it can fit more within.

There’s also the Small Vanity With Chain (SGD380) in a bi-colour mix of light brown and yellow. The contrasting colours also define the handle and interior, as well as the long leather-interlaced chain strap.

Measuring 11 cm by 8.5 cm, this compact style opens to reveal a mirror under the flap and a lipstick slot within the roomy main compartment. Rounding up the selection is the Clutch With Chain in black (SGD4200) in a new curvaceous shape.
