Missed out on the #NewBalancexMiuMiu collaboration last year? The good news is that it wasn’t a one-off run (no pun intended). The dynamic duo join forces once again by releasing new interpretations of the classic 574 sneakers new-in for the season. 

While they exhibit a similar deconstructed effect, this year’s rendition focuses on three different colours (and materials) to love. Sizes range from 34 to 42, so most men can get in on the action as well.

The first two pairs come in dark blue denim and marbled cognac denim, elevated with a 25 mm rubber sole. Besides the extra height boost, both sport raw-cut fringed edges now synonymous with the Miu Miu and New Balance branding. These sporty kicks are ideal for those who appreciate the use of unconventional detailing with a touch of Miu Miu’s whimsical fashion approach.

As for the third pair, it comes in full leather with a vintage-effect treatment. The deliberately worn-in effect is evident across the nappa leather panelling on the shoe’s entire upper. The chic sneaks match the preppy-cool ensemble of cropped tops and short shorts in Miu Miu’s ready-to-wear collection.

The sneakers will launch progressively at local boutiques, and Miu Miu Singapore’s online store, priced at SGD1450 for the denim pairs and SGD1580 for the leather one.
