01 – Similar to its skincare formulations, the names of the haircare offerings are reflective of the ingredients used and their packaging is minimalist. Look forward to a hydrating serum for a flake-free scalp, as well as a shampoo and conditioner duo that will leave strands smooth and silky.

02 – For starters, the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA Serum For Scalp (SGD25 for 60 ml) is one to have on your radar.

Infused with natural moisturising ingredients, hyaluronic acid and squalane, the leave-in milky serum which works to protect and hydrate is ideal for those who are taking their first steps into the world of scalp serums. Simply massage a few drops thoroughly onto clean, dry scalp once daily, ideally at bedtime.

03 – Moving on, we have the in-shower duo that is all about leaving strands smooth and glossy. The first, a 2-in-1 Sulphate 4% Cleanser For Body & Hair (SGD16 for 240 ml), offers a gentle-is-essential approach (it only has 11 ingredients) to effectively cleanse both body and hair.

As its name suggests, it is formulated with sulphate, in particular SLES-2, a milder sulphate that is used in low concentration. This allows the product to cleanse hair without additional colour fade and is gentle enough for head-to-toe use.

04 – Its counterpart, the Behentrimonium Chloride 2% Conditioner (SGD16 for 240 ml) also boasts a minimalist formula, with only 7 ingredients.

It uses a single conditioning ingredient, behentrimonium bhloride, that imparts a softening and smoothing effect without weighing hair down for a silky-smooth finish with less frizz and flyaways.

05 – The prices for this line-up are an added bonus, with nothing over SGD25. Ready to build your new haircare routine for healthier scalp and hair? The Ordinary’s haircare line is now available to shop online via Sephora.
