It’s about time Gucci unveiled a collection of goodies under its new #GucciLifestyle range that’s just perfect for those #WFH days. And while the Italian luxury house has a pre-existing line-up known as Gucci Décor which comprises mostly candles, furniture and porcelain trays, this new collection, on the other hand, takes things up another notch with even more everyday pieces you can enjoy at home.
Creative Director Alessandro Michele famously mentioned that he loved going into stationery stores as a child and collecting quirky pens, pencils and notebooks. This resulted in the creation of over-the-top games and stationery sets decked out in GG Supreme canvas and Gucci’s trademarked Demetra (animal-free) material made out of recyclable and bio-based sources.

Do note that the pages in all the notebooks are created from FSC-certified pure cellulose paper, re-affirming Gucci’s commitment to sustainability. As for the exterior, that will come in a variety of prints ranging from the classic monogram to floral Herbarium prints and even collaborations with Disney characters. Accompanying pencil sets (sold as a set of 6 graphite pencils) and matching cases will also be made available for sale, as well as glass-domed paperweights to complete your entire desk setup.
For those into fun and games, Gucci has added new playing cards and dice sets which are all created by Italian artisans using traditional techniques. There will also be collector’s items like the backgammon and poker sets sold in their own trunk-inspired briefcases. Lastly, don’t miss out on the extra fun and exclusive colour pencil set, comprising 40 hexagonal Caran d’Ache coloured pencils which can be rolled up within its own Gucci case when not in use.
The entire #GucciLifestyle collection will be launched this Friday (10 September 2021) at Gucci Paragon Shopping Centre. And if you’re in need of some collectible lifestyle goodies, you’ll know where to be come Friday morning.
