– If you were wondering, the biggest difference between the Rouge De Beauté Brillant and the brand’s existing lipsticks would be the formula. The newcomer offers longer-wearing colour, higher shine and the caring properties of a balm with up to 24 hours of lip-plumping hydration.

– It’s also brimming with flower oils, fruit butters and hyaluronic acid to intensely nourish, all while delivering vibrant colour. Together with luxurious black rose, peony and jojoba seed oils, the lipstick also keeps the pout comfortably moisturised throughout the day.

– Each lipstick is encased in a slim, gold bullet, with an outer case that’s embellished with a unique black and gold print inspired by vintage brooches, a truly unique pattern that echoes Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele’s passion for collectable objects of desire.

– Of course, to show off its beautiful shine and glowing colour, the lipstick is available in a range of 15 shades. Take your pick from reds, pinks, corals plum and neutral shades, including the brand’s star hue 025 Goldie Red.

– And because the formula is super creamy, you can easily control the intensity through the number of coats applied. Apply a single swipe for a subtle glow or layer on for a bolder look. It’s moisturising enough to use straight from the bullet on bare lips, no prep needed. For an even longer-lasting finish, Gucci’s global makeup artist Thomas de Kluyver suggests using the Crayon Contour Des Lèvres pencil over the lipstick for a more natural look, or underneath for bolder impact.

The Rouge De Beauté Brillant (SGD53) is now available at Gucci Beauty counters and will be available at Sephora from 13 May 2021.
