The J12 took the horological world by storm when it launched in an unconventional material like ceramic, proving itself to be a worthy contender that scored major points in terms of durability and style at the turn of the 21st century. Created by Jacques Helleu in 2000, the J12 of today has undergone numerous evolutionary changes that only made it better over the years, and you can expect to find limited pieces launched specially to commemorate the 20th anniversary of this acclaimed timepiece.

One of them includes the J12-20 Watch that’s made available in only 2020 pieces worldwide. Encompassing all the signatures of the house, from the 2.55 bag to the N°5 perfume bottle, as well as the symbolic camellia and tweed jacket, all in all there are 20 symbols (in line with the 20th anniversary) located on the bezel and dial. And while you’re at it, you will also notice that 12 brilliant-cut diamonds are decorating the timepiece, giving it extra shine and sparkle even from a distance.

The J12·20 Watch will come in 2 sizes, the 33 MM (SGD9350) and 38 MM (SGD11,500) in white ceramic and steel. Apart from the size, both watches feature the same specifications, which includes Chanel’s high-precision Calibre 12.1 movement and water resistance of 200 metres. The steel case-back even comes engraved with the words ‘20 Years. Limited to 2020′, making this coveted limited-edition a worthy one to celebrate all 20 years of its existence since 2000.
