Spring-Summer 2020 Accessories Supreme

There typically isn’t a specific theme or concept when it comes to Supreme’s bi-annual collections. In fact, each seasonal line-up is best described as quintessential streetwear pieces which are all given Supreme’s magic touch via the placement of the brand’s iconic Futura Heavy Oblique logo font or a statement-making print that appears on a wide range of caps, hoodies and tees, amongst others. A particular segment which keeps the die-hard Supreme collectors on a constant lookout for? That would have to be the bags and accessories, which often come in limited quantities that are released specifically for the season and never repeated after.

Now, the fans are calling the Spring-Summer 2020 collection one of Supreme’s greatest yet, with an absolutely desirable selection that’s guaranteed to be snapped up in no time at all. Starting with the bags, there’s the Small Shoulder Bag which comes in PVC-coated mesh with 3M-Reflective logos, made available in four colours: Black, Blue, Red and Yellow, along with a woven Raffia Tote that’s perfect for all the eco-warriors out there.

Remember when OREO created a red-velvet version for Christmas? Well, this one takes the cake (or cookie, if you prefer) coming in a limited pack of 3 that features the words Supreme instead of the typical OREO. Other noteworthy accessories include the Waterproof Lighter Case Keychain and Glow-in-the-Dark Zippo which can be thrown into your everyday bag, as well as the pair of Leica binoculars which comes with 8x magnification.

The Nalgene collaboration returns in a less in-your-face design, with a clear transparent bottle that comes printed with a small Supreme box logo right in the middle. Each bottle is also sold with a neoprene sleeve, which can be removed and used together with an ordinary 32oz Nalgene water bottle. Considering something for the home? The Debossed Glass Ashtray doubles up as key/jewellery tray, while the Transparent Lock will keep your gate looking like the ultimate boss. Not forgetting the bigger accessories that will cost a bomb to get shipped over, such as the lawn chair, the Supreme/Mac Tech Series Workstation and the uber-cool BMX dirt bike which are all made in the USA.

The Spring-Summer 2020 collection will be launched in weekly drops from 20 February 2020 over at the stores in America, London and Paris, with Japan starting a couple of days later on 22 February. For everyone based elsewhere (yes, that’s us in Singapore), your next best bet would be checking resale apps if you want to snag a piece or two. Or dial a friend. You know the drill.
