Affectionately known as the Marie-Louise, it’s currently available in a single size that measures 22 cm by 17 cm. The star (and literal centre of attraction) has got to be the oversized Art Deco-inspired closure that’s a combination of three different metals, one that opens in a similar manner to the beloved Réjane. Box calf leather is known for its smooth surface, one that will develop a beautiful sheen and shine over time. Yet, it carries the ability to stay firm and structured, which is why bags that are made from the luxurious material are priced slightly higher than conventional drummed leather (referred to as Taurillon at Moynat).
