Building on the success of their first venture, the inspired collaboration between Church’s and Miu Miu makes a global comeback. For Spring-Summer 2024, the duo breathe new life into Church’s classic Shanghai shoes, giving the timeless design a modern Miu Miu twist.

First introduced in 1929, the Shanghai features an eclectic combination of materials and traditional cultural details. These include the raised toe, curled fringe, monk strap with buckle and intricate brogue motif. This season, Miu Miu takes the reins, injecting a Parisian uplift with contrasting materials and unexpected touches.

Part of its allure lies in the intentional worn-in vintage aesthetic, echoing Miu Miu’s signature style. The collaboration cleverly intertwines linen and leather to create a contemporary and androgynous silhouette. Complete with logo lettering on the shoe tongue and a reinforced rubber sole, the result is equal parts playful and functional.
