Dior is bringing back one of its most cherished mascots with the fourth numbered-edition Miss Dior Bobby. Shaped like the little dog that belonged to Monsieur Christian Dior himself, only 1200 pieces exist. Housing the Miss Dior Eau de Parfum, they are officially for sale through selected Dior boutiques and international retail partners.
Bobby first appeared in 1952, offered exclusively to loyal clients at Dior’s Parisian address, 30 Montaigne. The glass bottle depicts a dog standing upright on its hind legs, while a medallion around its neck reads ‘I belong to Miss Dior.’ The character traces back to the maison’s first fragrance, which Monsieur Dior called his beloved daughter. Bobby thus stands as a symbol of the house’s spirit, combining joy, tenderness, kindness, boldness and elegance.

Each edition follows the fashion of its moment. This fourth Miss Dior Bobby, for example, takes its cues from the collections of creative director Jonathan Anderson. The glass is still blown, chiselled, frosted and dried by hand, but the glossy white lacquered finish is a first. The main decorative feature is the large bow at its neck. An embroidery workshop crafts it from Dior Grey moiré, a fabric revived from the house archives.
The bow ties at the side, with two flowing panels ending in the swallowtail cut that defines the Miss Dior bow. Two roses, one large and one small, are stitched slightly off-centre. They not only pay homage to the May roses in the fragrance and to Monsieur Dior’s love of the flower. Their three-dimensional shape also draws from Dior’s spring-summer 2026 ready-to-wear collection. Soft pink contrasts with silvery grey for a delicate finish.
Inside, the Miss Dior Eau de Parfum boasts a creamy character wrapped in vanilla and a hint of almond. Its central ingredient is Grasse rose absolute from Dior’s partner estates, such as Château de La Colle Noire and Les Naÿssès. The Miss Dior Bobby ships in an elegant grey case topped with a fontanges bow, inspired by the invitation Anderson created for his debut Dior show. Finally, a grey grosgrain ribbon, embroidered with two small roses that echo those on Bobby’s bow, seals the package.
