Fashion insiders took notice when a slouchy leather hobo surfaced across several looks at Miu Miu’s fall-winter 2026 runway show. The Rendez-Vous leather bag draws from a 2011 archival design, returning 15 years on with refreshed proportions and updated hardware.
Miu Miu crafts the entire bag from soft, supple lambskin. The leather folds and settles differently depending on how much sits inside, thus giving every carry a slightly different shape. Its crescent-shaped silhouette drapes rather than stands upright, built as much for the crook of the arm as the shoulder. A woven leather top handle, braided rather than smooth, adds tactile contrast against all that buttery-soft surface.

Look closely and the Rendez-Vous leather bag reveals a quiet archival nod. A small hang tag stamped with the Miu Miu logo and the words ‘Archive 2011’ swings from the front. It is a subtle wink at the bag’s heritage for those who know to look for it.
Four colourways await for the 39.5 cm by 33 cm bag: Amaranth red, Black, Briarwood and Oak. Miu Miu pairs each with antique-effect gold-tone hardware. The deliberately restrained palette keeps attention on the leather, shape and utility, rather than bold standout colour. An adjustable, removable shoulder strap accompanies each bag for hands-free wear.
On the runway, however, models opted for a more relaxed approach, slinging the bag casually over the shoulder via the chunky braided leather strap. Retailing at SGD5900, the Rendez-Vous leather bag has launched in Singapore across all Miu Miu boutiques and online.
