The FIFA World Cup 2026 final kicks off on 20 July at 3 AM Singapore time. An estimated 1.5 billion viewers are expected to tune in worldwide. Before the winning team lifts football’s most coveted prize, however, another star will make its entrance. The Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk will once again carry the iconic trophy onto the pitch.

Handcrafted at Louis Vuitton’s historic Asnières workshops near Paris, the bespoke trunk is a celebration of the maison’s savoir-faire. It dons the instantly recognisable monogram canvas, paired with leather trims and gold-plated brass hardware. Two hand-painted golden V’s accent the front panels, standing for both Victory and Vuitton. Inside, a supple beige leather lining and a Louis Vuitton x FIFA partnership logo complete the piece.

As Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Supplier & Branded Licensee, Louis Vuitton extends its long-standing FIFA partnership. This year’s unveiling marks 16 consecutive years of the maison’s presence at the final, once again bringing the ‘Victory Travels in Louis Vuitton’ philosophy to life. More than mere packaging, the Trophy Trunk is an iconic part of the pre-match ceremony, where fashion, craftsmanship and sporting excellence converge.

Away from the pitch, a limited-edition capsule collection inspired by the Trophy Trunk further marks the occasion. The Coffret 8 Montres stores up to eight watches on removable cushions, while the Cotteville 16 Montres holds twice as many on a removable tray. Finally, the Malle Courrier Lozine 110 rounds out the trio as a full-sized courier trunk. Adorning each Monogram canvas trunk are a FIFA World Cup trophy motif and the golden V. Personalisation with painted initials is also available.

Escorted onto the playing field by a Louis Vuitton ambassador and a FIFA legend, the Trophy Trunk, as well as its companion collection, celebrate more than football. They also remind us that exceptional craftsmanship belongs everywhere, from historic ateliers in Asnières to football’s biggest stage.
