Loewe is never shy about finding beauty in unexpected places. Its latest home and body launch proves the point once again. Two new additions to the Tomato Leaves family, namely a hand cream and a body scrub, are soon to arrive. They join an existing lineup of candles, cleansers, room sprays and incense built around the aroma of tomato vines.
The scent fits neatly into Loewe’s broader home fragrance philosophy, which often draws from nature’s more overlooked corners. Indeed, this accord isn’t about the tomato itself, but rather focuses on the leaves and stems. That distinctive herbaceous snap, closer to crushed greenery than anything fruity, is what carries through both new products.
The Tomato Leaves hand cream arrives in a 75 ML tube. Its formula blends emollients, oils and butters to soften the skin while maintaining that fresh, green scent throughout the day. Each tube also comes with a silver-plated metal squeezer engraved with the Loewe Anagram for an extra special touch.
The body scrub, meanwhile, is a 200 ML exfoliating treatment. Finely milled apricot kernels buff away dead skin, while hydrating agents prevent the skin from feeling stripped. Like its counterpart, it carries the same vegetal, garden-fresh accord.
Since both share the same Tomato Leaves scent, exfoliating in the shower and moisturising afterwards follows one cohesive olfactory thread. They make for excellent gifts too, whether for an upcoming housewarming or simply a little treat to yourself. Exact launch dates and Singapore prices are still to come.
