For those who gravitate towards bags that fly under the radar, BOYY has long been a name worth knowing. Founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife duo Wannasiri Kongman and Jesse Dorsey, the Bangkok-based label built its reputation on bold, buckle-centric designs, such as the Bobby and the Devon. The new B Frame, however, takes a different tack. It strips the hardware back and lets a sculptural silhouette do the talking instead.
Inspired by the precision of origami, the bag takes its shape from a folded construction that creates a subtle ‘B’ profile. The result is playful yet restrained, with no oversized logos, nor heavy embellishments. Instead, clean lines and thoughtful proportions give it a quietly confident presence. This is a design that appeals to those who prefer understated and timeless style.
A structured metal frame runs along the top of the B Frame, opening with a classic clasp that blends vintage charm with contemporary polish. BOYY crafts the body from supple calfskin with a lambskin lining, keeping the feel as refined as the silhouette. At 19 cm wide, 9 cm high and 7 cm deep, the bag is elongated but compact, perfect for daily essentials without excess bulk.
An adjustable, removable strap then offers three ways to carry: by the top handle, over the shoulder or crossbody. The B Frame launches in four colourways: Black, Blood Orange, Ecru and Grey, and retails at SGD2130. All four are available now via BOYY’s online store, which offers complimentary international shipping to Singapore.
