Luxury watchmaking and artisanal gelato may seem like an unlikely pair. This July, though, Audemars Piguet bridges the gap with the AP Café x Birds of Paradise pop-up. The limited-time collaboration brings botanical gelato to a sun-drenched patio terrace at Raffles Hotel, thus proving that craftsmanship lives well beyond the wrist.

The world’s first AP Café sits within Raffles Hotel’s historic Bar & Billiard Room, as part of AP House Singapore. Its menu reimagines Swiss classics through a distinctly Singaporean lens, reflecting the maison’s commitment to craftsmanship and creativity. For the month of July, that spirit extends to something altogether cooler.

The AP Café x Birds of Paradise collaboration showcases four signature botanical flavours from the cult-favourite gelateria. The lineup features White Chrysanthemum, Pandan Coconut Caramel, Lychee Raspberry and Dark Chocolate Sorbet. A bespoke gelato cart in Audemars Piguet’s forest-green livery serves up scoops. Complete with the iconic AP logo, it is a picture-perfect addition to the café’s elegant setting.

A single scoop goes for SGD6.50, while a double costs SGD12. Both come in custom AP Café-branded cups finished in the same signature forest green. Enjoy yours on the go, or save it as a sweet finale to a full meal. Besides gelato, AP Café also serves savoury dishes, desserts, specialty coffee, tea, cocktails, wine and beer.

The AP Café x Birds of Paradise pop-up runs daily from 12 PM to 5 PM until 31 July 2026. Stop by after a visit to AP House, or simply swing past for a refreshing afternoon treat. Either way, this limited-edition collaboration is worth the detour.
