Fauré Le Page introduces the Double Battle 19, a dainty evolution of its Double Battle line that debuted in late 2025. Which in turn was a reinterpretation of the Daily Battle tote, of course. In doing so, it introduces a sharper, more versatile sensibility to the already modular, foldable and compact design.
Designed for those who move effortlessly between looks and moods, the Double Battle offers four different ways of wear. The innovative geometric silhouette, inspired by triangular and pyramidal lines, further allows for two shapes. Either open the sides for more capacity or fold them neatly in for just the essentials.
At the same time, two braided top handles pay subtle tribute to sword guards and the maison’s heritage. These are paired with cleverly engineered straps for added flexibility. Together, they create two carrying options, either over the shoulder or held in hand. As such, the aptly named tote adapts easily to different needs.
Moving to the exterior, the maison’s craftsmanship truly comes into focus. The signature Scale Canvas is meticulously screen-printed by hand using a process akin to silk printing. It then undergoes waxing and graining for suppleness, durability and a glossy finish. This becomes a canvas for iconic the motif that draws on the allure of mermaids and the strength of dragons, while grained calfskin reinforces the corners with military-inspired piping.
Functionality extends to its sizing, with the Double Battle available in 27, 35 and 41, numbers that correspond to the bag’s width. This brings us to the newest addition, the Double Battle 19 that distils the design into dainty proportions suitable for day to night. While retaining the signature details and braided top handles, it introduces an adjustable shoulder strap for hands-free crossbody wear.
Retailing at SGD2460, the Double Battle 19 currently comes in Burgundy, Empire Green, Powder Black and Saint-Honoré Beige. Prices increase according to size, topping out at SGD3170 for the 41.
