No, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. Moynat is teaming up with Kasing Lung again, and together they’re flipping the M Canvas on its head. Forget subtle, because colour and character are running wild. The artist behind global art-toy sensations Labubu, Zimomo and King Mon, Lung injects playful rebellion into Moynat’s world of refined trunks and top-handle bags.

Naturally, Labubu and friends lead the charge in this collaboration. While last year’s drop focused on black bags, this season expands the palette. Expect M Canvas in black, blue, green, orange, red and yellow, all splashed with Lung’s graphic artwork. Additionally, a second-edition charm appears, alongside new cardholders featuring cheeky Labubu cut-outs.
Meanwhile, the campaign, shot by Theo Liu, leans surreal in the best possible way. Picture Fran Drescher, Martha Stewart, Angela Bassett and Lucy Liu posing with grinning monsters on Moynat bags. The message is clear. Moynat ignores age and rules, and instead chases joy, surprise and pieces that spark a smile.
Ultimately, this latest drop proves fashion can have a sense of humour. At the same time, it gives fans more reasons to love all things M, of both Monsters and Moynat. In Singapore, the collection launches on 6 February, with pre-orders now open at Marina Bay Sands and Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
