Japanese jeweller Mikimoto ushers in a new chapter in its Singapore story with the opening of its second boutique at Takashimaya Shopping Centre. Elegant yet quietly modern, the space reflects the house’s heritage as the pioneer of cultured pearls, while offering a thoughtfully reimagined retail experience.
Spanning 1,943 sqf, the boutique draws inspiration from the world of pearls. Interiors take cues from the calm waters which nurture pearls and the soft radiance they develop over time. A neutral palette, layered with gentle tonal shifts and reflective surfaces, further lends the space depth, fluidity and poise.

Soft architectural curves and pearlescent finishes pair with delicate champagne-gold accents, thus echoing the lustre of pearls. Wall panels shimmer like sunlight on water, catching light from different angles to casy a warm, inviting glow. A sculptural ceiling anchors the central showcases, while plush blue carpet balances the gold and white tones.

Designed to feel open yet intimate, the boutique invites exploration through gallery-style glass displays and tucked-away corners for unhurried discovery. For a more private experience, an intimate VIP room offers discreet consultations and private viewings, complemented by after-sales services such as complimentary jewellery cleaning.
Now open at 02-12P/Q Takashimaya Shopping Centre, the new Mikimoto boutique presents fine jewellery alongside a curation of high jewellery. Expect modern, versatile silhouettes spotlighting craftsmanship and couture-level artistry, as seen in signature collections such as Les Pétales Place Vendôme Rosés, M Signature, Lucky Arrows, V Code and Bow Charm.
