Burberry has a knack for distilling heritage into contemporary pieces. Case in point, the B Clip Messenger that was first unveiled on the summer 2025 runway. Rooted in the British house’s equestrian codes, it features a softly structured silhouette. Now, it arrives refreshed in a new mini size for the party season.
Crafted in Italy, the bag features a curved profile that subtly echoes equestrian saddles. It takes its name from the distinctive logo-engraved ‘b’ dog clip that secures the front pocket. Meanwhile, brushed metal hardware sharpens the look with a modern edge.
Meticulous details elevate the B Clip Messenger further. Firstly, an adjustable webbing strap woven with the iconic check adds instant recognition. The back panel is embossed with the Equestrian Knight, while a hand-stitched top handle reinforces the house’s heritage-led approach.
Previously, the design came in small and medium sizes only. These measure 27.5 cm by 19 cm by 11 cm and 38 cm by 29.5 cm by 14 cm respectively. Now, a compact mini joins the family, coming in at 19 cm by 17.5 cm by 9 cm. While forgoing the top handle entirely, it feels lighter, more playful and effortlessly fresh. Otherwise, it remains true to the original, complete with zip closure and front pocket.
The mini B Clip Messenger is available across different finishes in five colourways. This includes a water-repellent cotton blend Burberry Check in Sand Beige at SGD2890, while buffed calf suede in Hazel Brown and smooth calf leather in Black, Soap Beige and Peony Pink come in at SGD2990 each.
