Beyond The Vines, best known for its ever-popular Dumpling and Crunch bags, has now expanded into home fragrance. As its name suggests, the star feature of its new Modular Candle series is a unique three-part system. This lets you customise the candle holder and the distinctive snuffer, as well as the scent to suit your space.

The candle holder canisters come in Blue, Forest and Maroon, while the snuffers arrive in Periwinkle, Red and Yellow. This curated palette encourages playful mixing, whether you prefer a bright tri-colour combination or a more understated tone-on-tone pairing.
On the other hand, the candle options, which are made in France, span three distinct fragrance profiles. Firstly, Late Checkout blends bright bergamot with an aromatic heart of clary sage, clove and smooth brandy. Cedar, blond tobacco and patchouli come together to form a sophisticated base.
Then One For The Road offers an aromatic woody composition. It layers vibrant citrus and green pine over structured woods, anchored by earthy sage and petitgrain. Completing the trio is Kiss And Tell, a soft floral scent that opens with juicy orchard fruits. Then it moves into white florals, cedar and a warm base of sandalwood, vanilla and musk.
More than a candle that you discard once the wick burns out, the candles doubles as a fun home accent. Retailing at SGD129, the set is available at selected Beyond The Vines’ boutiques, such as at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, and its online store.
