Under Pieter Mulier’s direction, Alaïa has mastered this shift, turning the Le Teckel into a tactile canvas. Defined by its elongated east-west silhouette, the design explores two contrasting expressions this season.
Firstly, the medium Le Teckel in padded leather softens the style dramatically, transforming the rigid accessory into a pillow-like companion. The original version was all about unyielding lines and structured proportions. Conversely, this puffy version feels relaxed, supple and far more attuned to everyday use.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, the Le Teckel Clutch returns in aged leather. Finished with a deliberately patina-ed surface, it is perfect for those who favour character over perfection. Don’t worry about the first scratch or the occasional splash. These marks simply become part of its charm, with Alaïa embracing wear as personal narrative rather than a flaw.
By offering the style in varied textures, Alaïa ensures the design never feels fleeting or trend-driven. The contrast between puffiness and patina gives the silhouette longevity, appealing to different moods and lifestyles without losing its identity.
