Bottega Veneta’s Pinacoteca bag, named after the Italian word for ‘art gallery’, is a capacious carryall crafted in silky calfskin. Just like key silhouettes like the Andiamo, Parachute and the newly launched Campana, it also proudly showcases the Intrecciato weave.

The heritage technique of interlacing slender leather strips at a 45-degree angle instantly lends sculptural texture to the functional tote. Its rectangular body, softened by rounded edges, delivers relaxed elegance and a refined nod to its name. But under its stylish good looks lies a nifty feature that isn’t immediately visible.

Indeed, the Pinacoteca, which comes in two sizes measuring 35 cm by 20 cm and 43 cm by 23 cm respectively, is fully reversible. Flip it inside out, and the suede lining becomes the exterior, while the Intrecciato weave serves as a chic interior. This creates two different looks with one simple switch.

Elongated shoulder straps offer easy, comfortable carry, whether you use it as an everyday handbag or a relaxed shoulder tote. Each piece also includes a removable zipper pouch to keep essentials neat and secure.

The Pinacoteca (SGD5780) and Large Pinacoteca (SGD6410) arrive in new colour pairings. Amber/Royal Blue, Dark Barolo/Pinecone and Pickle/Sea Salt refresh the line, with the first shade referencing the Intrecciato calfskin and the second marking the suede. Whichever you choose, this reversible wonder is one to watch for Bottega Veneta fans.
